A monofilament polypropylene fiber, 18 microns in diameter, 12 mm long with high tensile strength that enhances the quality and durability of concrete. Fibrin provides savings in the application on concrete roads, ground slab, roof decks and platering of walls to include water tanks, swimming pools and sea walls.

FIBRIN 23 manufacturing is ISO 9001 approved. It is patented in Europe and USA. In the Philippines, it is certified by BRS-DPWH.

FIBRIN 23 has recently been awarded the final accreditation by the BRS and DPWH with Certification Certificate No. 3, and issued with a Dept Order No. 95 by the Secretary of DPWH, Sec. H. Ebdane or its use.

Recent tests with the Bureau of Research & Standard of the DPWH as well as the ITDI and DOST showed that FIBRIN 23 when used in concrete slab enhances impact resistance of concrete by at least 2.5 to 4 times due to the entrainment of strong fibers. Compressive and flexural strengths are also improved.

Roads slab thickness can now be reduced with the use of Fibrin 23 and achieved considerable savings. Recent applications on road slabs reduces thickness from 10 inches to 8 inches with the use of Fibrin 23. Aside from significant savings, the quality and durability of the concrete slab with high impact resistance provides longer operating life of the road.

On Slab on Grade application, savings of 50-60% can be achieved by replacing temperature bars on slab on grade with Fibrin 23. Savings of about 30% on plastering of walls can be achieved.

An acrylic type, water-based, water proofing developed in the USA and now applied worldwide that can withstand high temperature and abrasion. It is made of the best raw materials to form a flexible, U.V. resistant elastomeric compound and is fully reinforced with a tough non-woven polyester fabric that has been designed for roof decks and fire wall applications. The system included warranty of 5-10 years in specific applications.

Is an Australian technology utilizing a polymer chemistry that penetrates into the fine cracks, pores and capillaries of the concrete, brick, plaster and all masonry materials, causing a progressing chemical reaction with the free lime and alkali combining all components parts of the masonry into one single dense mass.


Medium viscosity, concentrated, fine dispersion polymer based agent used as a bonding agent for concrete mixture for higher compressive strength. Applicable for bonding old and new concrete slabs, etc. Preferably in pavement and road topping applications.


A highly effective naphthalene based condensate superplastizicer. Used suitably for intrinsic structures, prestressed concrete, shear walls, and beams as water reducer and high early strength concrete. Used to correct slumps on concrete mix on critical applications.



TX 215 B and TX 218 P both are two component adhesive specially formulated for structural concrete application and bonding of old to new concrete. It has low to medium viscosity when compounded. The admixture produces a strong bond with minimum shrinkage and flexibility properties. It can be applied as high pressure application or as epoxy bonding agents.

TX215-B concrete repair adhesive

A two component adhesive system specially formulated for structural concrete application and bonding of old to new concrete. It has low to medium viscosity when compounded. The admixture produces a strong bond with minimum shrinkage and flexibility properties. It contains a special polymeric curing agent that provides the film with a high degree of toughness, adhesion and chemical and corrosion resistance.

Bonding new to old concrete
Repair of cracked concrete, including earthquake damages
Sealing concrete pavement and structure against intrusion of water

TX218-P pressure injection grout

A two component adhesive system composed of 100% solids Epoxy that contains polyamide curing agent ensuring a tough and durable bond resistant to chemicals and corrosion. This unique low viscosity is primarily designed for the all around remedy of structural concrete defects and flaws, particularly the repair of cracks by pressure injection. It can also be combined with fine aggregates or silica sand to result in an Epoxy Mortar for high strength grouting.

TX518-FE fast setting epoxy grout

A 100% solids epoxy resin especially formulated for grouting applications with high mechanical and adhesive strength. It has a lower than medium viscosity which cure to a material superior in tensile and compressive strength, vibration dumping and chemical resistance.

Application:

For securing reinforcing rods and tie rods
For anchoring bolts of equipments
For setting stalling of heavy machinery, building columns and dowels
For repairing concrete foundations, which have been cracked or spalled, by grouting and pressure injection process.


A 1 kg pack of tile adhesive compound that is a dosage for one bag of cement. The packaging is mixed with a 40 kg bags cement in a mixer with specific amount of water as adhesive for tile applications.

The tile adhesive compound is a strong admix with polymer compound with high adhesive property that guaranteed the quality of adhesive material used on the application.


Lightweight concrete varying in density of 800 to 1,600 kg per cu.m concrete of load and non-load bearing concrete. Concrete is compose of fine bubbles that are not inter connected with each other. It can float in water for the concrete less than 1000 kg per cu.m. in density.
